Excellent! I recommend this and will definitely purchase it again. It has greatly helped my child and tastes fantastic. My daughter was suffering from chronic constipation, going to the toilet only every four days with hard stools, which caused her pain. Thankfully, she now goes every day and the pain has eased significantly. It's easy for my children to take; my three-year-old daughter chews it without issues. I hope my comment is helpful.
